Brew Geeks FEAT Mead

This month at Brew Geeks, we'll learn about the fine art of making mead. We'll be joined by soon-to-be professional mead producer, Kåre, who will teach us all about his process.

As someone with a background in chemistry, Kåre has a systematic approach to mead brewing, where he makes 2-5 small batches of mead with slight variations. In this way, he can find what makes the perfect mead.

He'll bring some to share to help us to experience the nuances of mead.

And, as always, you're welcome to bring up to 750ml of your own home-fermented beverages!
