Mikkeller Tallinn Old Town
What is Mikkeller Tallinn Old Town?
DOORS WILL OPEN IN DECEMBER!
Known as a modern and trendy metropol, Tallinn encompasses duality. Because Tallinn’s UNESCO World Heritage listed Old Town is the home to the oldest Town Hall in Northern Europe and is the birthplace of Dannebrog - the Danish Flag. So it seemed only natural that Mikkeller would embrace cultural connection to the Estonian capital when opening its second location just a stone's throw away from legendary Town Hall in the Old Town District.
Right before the Christmas Market fairytale, Mikkeller has partnered up with local distributor Õllegalerii and chef Kenneth Karjane (founder of beloved Karjase Sai bakery and Barbarea restaurant) to serve you 16 taps of most exciting Mikkeller and other top craft beer brews, plus a curated bottle menu, having a strong focus on unique bottled sour beer selection. All this is paired with an eclectic food menu which is inspired by different flavours around the world, using mainly organic and local ingredients. Expect inventive snacks, small plates for sharing and iconic mains that will bring your beer experience to the next level. With the primary emphasis on beer and food match, Mikkeller Tallinn Old Town also offers a selection of cocktails and a well-curated wine menu.
To celebrate Denmark's flag and Tallinn's rich history Mikkeller's own designers have made illustrations inspired by local stories and tales. According to Mikkeller's interior designer Camilla Monsrud, Mikkeller Tallinn Old Town is a perfect mix of new and vintage, honouring and respecting the history and being modern at the same time.
Whether you are just looking for a glass of tasty beer or a fun and cozy evening with your friends - Mikkeller Tallinn Old Town will treat you well.
