?
A dream years in the making - after first visiting Copenhagen in 2017 Florian Habenicht, Mikkeller Zürich's manager and partner, had a vision: "to create the most exciting beer bar in all of Switzerland" with Mikkeller.
After meeting Mikkel Borg Bjergsø by chance in 2023, in Turkmenistan of all places, he found the perfect opportunity to share his vision and take the first steps to making it reality.
Soon after, the perfect location was found - a beautiful corner building on Zweierstrasse in the trendy Wiedikon district of Zürich, featuring a classic Swiss stone facade and wide inviting windows. The design balances the timeless appeal of the building's surroundings with Mikkeller's modern aesthetic, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for locals and visitors alike.
Here, 20 rotating taps offer innovative beers both from Mikkeller and local craft breweries from Switzerland, as well as beautiful glassware and other merchandise bearing the iconic edelweiss logo of Mikkeller Zürich.
