Ramen To Bíiru Frederiksberg

Our fourth ramen restaurant in Copenhagen is located in beautiful Frederiksberg. If there were any doubts as to whether there had been a ramen-shaped hole to fill in the Copenhagen dining scene, the rapid growth and success of our family of ramen restaurants has put those to rest.

Japanese ramen is a historic dish, carefully looked after and cared for in secrecy by every chef, each with their own unique recipe. To protect this tradition, we brought Takuro Otani from Japan long before the opening of our original location in Nørrebro. This was to ensure that he had ample time to adjust to his new surroundings and also prepare his broth exactly as it would be in Japan.

Takuro works within the three main categories of ramen: Shio, Shoyu, and Miso. These three categories cover a spectrum of flavors ranging from the lightest (shio) to the richest (miso). All are topped with homemade noodles and a selection of high-quality, specially-curated toppings. This respect for tradition and attention to detail has helped make Ramen to Bíiru a massive success.

As with our spots in Vesterbro and Østerbro, the location in Frederiksberg – located right by the Aksel Møllers Have metro station – is larger than the original in Nørrebro. The selection is the same as our other Ramen to Bíiru outlets, with a rotating monthly ramen as well as all the other goodies you've come to know and love from this name.
