Mikkeller in Russia part III

None

Today I had another wonderful brew day with Yuri, Mikkeller’s man in Russia. We brewed an American Pale Ale at Knightberg. It was really a pleasure to at Knightberg, the super competent brewmaster Elena Tiukina was not just very sweet and accommodating, she (Oh yes, I mean she) is also a really good brews that did hit all the numbers through the whole day.

The amber colored beer will be dry hopped like hell in a week from now, and it will be for sale in April.

For more info on this and the other beers Mikkeller has brewed in Russia, go to Mikkeller.ru on Facebook.

This is my last night at the Hotel Dostoevsky, but long after I left this hotel, named after Saint Peterbrogs famous writer, his spirit will live on in Mikkeller. All the four beers we have brewed here in Russia have names that are closely associated with Dostoevskys writings.
