It is about time, we make a proper introduction of the man, who will take care of business at the new Mikkeller & Friends bar. Meet our new bar manager, Fredrik Johansen: an easy going, nerdy Swede with an unquenchable love for wine, gourmet food, electronic music, comic books and Star Wars. Fredrik has been working as a sommelier for 15 years in Sweden, and has earlier on cooperated with Mikkel on several beer dinners at Restaurant Gastro in Helsingborg. When it comes to beer, he has tasted close to 10.250 different kinds and rated them all in the process. Needless to say, Fredrik is a busy man at the moment, getting everything ready for the big opening day.
