Three FLoyds - Mad Beer dinner @ Mielcke and Hurtigkarl

The relaseparty for Mad beer is going to be a crazy journey in superior beer and food. Especially selected beer from Three Floyds and all the new carefully developed beer from new brand MAD-beer. MAD-beer is a joined effort between Mikkel Borg Bjergsø of Mikkeller and Jakob Mielcke of Mielcke and Hurtigkarl. These to creative brains have spend a year in their taste lab to work on the best possible beer to pair with food. The result is interesting and excellent.
The food - goes without saying - will be innovative and outstading as allways from Mielcke.
