Tasting Panel - Beer Weak Brunch Weasel

Beer Weak Brunch Weasel - ABV: 4,8% Vol.
The kid brother to the epic Brunch Weasel has a fine brown color and is topped by a cappuccino colored head. The aroma burst open with vanilla, burned almonds, and coffee with a high level of acidity. Upon tasting, it reveals itself with lots of dry dark chocolate, vanilla and clean cacao with an impression of fresh wet soil and a very dry finish.
The mouth feel is rather thin compared to the rest of the Beer Geek family, but we find this both elegant, refreshing and with a fine complexity.
It’s a very drinkable beer, which we would love to savor on a Sunday evening.
Food wise, this would be a treat alongside oysters - not least because of the acidity and the burned profile in this beer.
