ØL&BRØD is changing.
Expect the waiters to say 'more beer or snaps?' after every sentence, prepare to listen to old Danish music and drink beer in big glasses.

We’ve tested the limits of smørrebrød and discovered beautiful new taste combinations. Now, however, it’s time to celebrate Danish smørrebrød with beer and snaps in the traditional way.

We’re making the interior more cosy, down to earth. Snaps more visible, beers less fancy and the smørrebrød more classic in bigger servings. Food will be herring, tartare and old cheese, the common denominator is that everything goes well with snaps and beer. 

Less formal, more fun.
