As 2016 has been a heavy year of working hard, it's time to get yourself into the party mood. Our way to unwind and kick off an evening is, with a glorious bottle of Mikkeller Spirit: Dry Hopped Botanical GIn.
This tradition gin with a twist is the best way to get started. All of the clean herbal notes, with a bone dry finish, of a London dry Gin smashed together with a healthy dry hopping of Simcoe. The result is the essential party starter followed by a big citrus/mandarin fruit finish. Our recommendation is to accompany this tasty spirit with a healthy slice of orange, a few whole szechuan peppercorns, ice and your favourite tonic.

Next it's time to sit down with some food and your closest circle of friends and family. We know that this time of the year is all about rich fatty foods with all the sides to match. To cut through the weight of all our favourite food, we recommend the latest SpontanBerliner Passionfuit.

This blend of 2 popular styles of sours paired with the tropical passion fruit come together to deliver a sharp acidic edge to cleanse and refresh the palate, then the after taste of passion fruit leaves you wanting another sip. Finally, for us there is only one way to celebrate midnight. This year we saw the opening of our very first brewery in San Diego, and they have been killing it since day one.
