Master Blender/Brewer at Mikkeller Barrel Room

We need a Master Blender/Brewer to run our new and exciting project Mikkeller Barrel Room situated in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Must be talented in blending sour beers and gifted when it comes to brewing.

If you enjoy:
- Brewing incl. coolship work and fermenting in barrels/foeders
- Mixing and blending as well as following the product through packaging to bottle/keg maturation
- Presenting your work at festivals and events

If you offer:
- Proven records in this line of work
- The ability to work autonomously in a diverse environment
- Extreme attention to detail, as well as relentless pursuit of developing incredible beer
