We are extremely proud and excited for the upcoming Mikkeller Beer Week 2017. This year will be the biggest ever and we will host a range of unique, epic, crazy, insane, and cool events.

To keep track of what's going on we've compiled this post for you. In the list beneath you will find the complete schedule of events happening in Copenhagen during the week (May 6th to 15th). Event times will be added as we get closer to the beer week. Check the daily FB event programs for updates and keep an eye on the respective locations facebook and instagram profiles.

Saturday 6th

- Ramen 1 year Birthday Party.
We can't wait to celebrate the first birthday of our youngest of our Ramen to Bíiru restaurants. As usual we party in style so expect anything that's out of the ordinary!

/ Mikkeller Baghaven /
- Mikkeller Baghaven Relaunch Party TBC. Mikkeller Running Club collective run. Running by Baghaven for beer. And we are planning to celebrate the craziest fucking wedding you can ever imagine! You should not miss out!

Sunday 7th

- Birthday Party. Viktoriagade has been closed off for the birthday of our mothership and we have invited all kinds of cool people to create the best street party in CPH. The Firestarter Cph will be there, Ramen to Bíiru Vesterbro are serving noodles, Øl & Brød are doing their thing - all in all this is one for the books!

- Launch of MBCC candy. Collab w/ Sømods Bolcher + 2x release of the day.

- Phantom Spirits Masterclass! If you are into spirits this is the place to be monday!

- Grand opening of our new All American Breakfast joint, Hyggestund.

Tuesday 9th

Mikkeller Tokyo has brought beers, sake and homemade schnapps to Copenhagen. We have prepared a 6-course dinner with matching beers. It will be a crazy evening with the ultimate beer and smørrebrød experience. The only thing you have to concern about is relaxing and have a wonderful evening.

Menu:

- Salad with fried scallops, pickled cucumbers and shiso

- Lightly seared beef, lotus roots, miso and wasabi
Beer: Yorocco - Black Sword

- Fried mackerel, poached egg, spring onions and hollandaise with yuzu
Beer: Songbird - Brett Table Beer

- Soy braised pork belly, pickled plums, pepper mayonnaise, pork rinds and cress

- Kry cheese from Arla Unika with puffed rice, yuzu gel and sorrel
