Hyggestund x La Arepera

Thursday – Saturday from 17.00 in all of March and April Hyggestund is
teaming up with Karlos Ponte and the rest of the awesome PMY-team and
doing a La Arepera CPH pop up.

After a successful pop up last year “La Arepera” is back! This time with the best
pairing for an arepa, a Mikkeller beer!

La Arepera is an original idea from Venezuelan team of Karlos Ponté & Luis
Moreno (Restaurant Taller and PMY). The idea is to bring the everyday arepas
from Venezuela into the Danish food scene.
Areperas are locals found everywhere in Venezuela selling arepas; Venezuelan
national flatbread made of ground maize dough and stuffed with almost
anything and everything tasty.

At Hyggestund x La Arepera we will bring all the classic arepas from the street
kitchens of Venezuela, amazing crispy Yuca (cassava) frites & flavorful
sauces using traditional products from the South American region along with
Local Danish produce.

Come by for a mouth-watering arepa and a beer!
