Mikkeller Aarhus X Ebeltoft Gaardbryggeri presenting "Hands Down".

This is a collaboration which mark the great friendship with Ebeltoft Gaardbryggeri and our admiration for their beer, people and development. It's meant to represent what we both like, good beer in good company.

The staff from Mikkeller Aarhus has teamed up with Ebeltoft Gaardbryggeri in order to brew a beer together. The idea was to brew a beer celebrating their friendship and to exchange ideas. They travelled to the farm a few weeks ago and spent the whole day brewing together with Peder and his team.

It was a lot of fun, stories were told and the beers were amazing  and plentiful. 

And everything resulted in a dangerously quaffable, soft, fruity, fluffy sessionable IPA with a gently touch of milk sugar (lactose). Hop wise it's packed with those Mosaic & Galaxy hops bringing new levels of fruitines to the beer.

Session IPA with loads of Mosaic & Galaxy hops, gently touched by lactose for that juicy fluffy creaminess.

Draft and bottles to be released in Aarhus Thursday 23rd. Rest of the country soon! Stay tuned.
