ØL & BRØD IS HIRING: WAITOR/WAITRESS

Øl & Brød are hiring!

We are looking for a full time waitor/waitress. Øl & Brød is a restaurant serving classic Danish cuisine: smørrebrød for lunch and a la carte for dinner. Throughout November and December we are busy with “julefrokoster”. We are famous for our Christmas menu so having experience with bigger parties is a big plus. Being able to sell our large selection of  home made snaps and aquavit is also a big part of the job. Being a member of the Mikkeller family means working with an ever changing variety of beer. It is not required that you know about beer from the start but a natural interest and eagerness to learn more is required. 
We have high standards regarding cleaning and hygiene and we expect all team members to participate in the daily routines. 

Our philosophy is to work hard and always strive to maintain our high standards of service and hospitality, but we are also a young team that values a humorous working environment.
