WARSAW BEER FESTIVAL

The Warsaw Beer Festival was celebrated at the Pepsi Arena which is normally the home of football team Legia Warsaw but this weekend it was home of some of the best Polish breweries and a few invited foreign breweries and we were lucky to be one of them.

Entering the venue we were met with lots of food trucks offering everything for pizza and ramen to local food and of course a lot of people enjoying beer.

The festival was held in three floors and on the second floor both Mikkeller and Mikkeller Bar Warsaw was represented. Both stands had six taps which were constantly changing. At the Mikkeller stand we served some of our finest sours, IPA’s and stout on both taps and from our bottle list. At the Mikkeller Bar Warsaw the audience were given a sneak peek of what the bar can offer when opening and they could try beer from breweries like Stigbergets, Cigar City and Omnipollo.

The festival was held over three days and lots of people attended every day. People brought their own favorite glasses and in the evening people were enjoying their beers outside on the stands at the pitch while listening to music and it was nice to see some quality beer at a football stadium.

The Warsaw crowd was a big pleasure and we were really happy to serve all of them.
